We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Clearance or personalized items are non‑returnable unless defective.
- To start a return, please contact us at ashleydaniels863@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in shipping.
